How is Belvoro organized?
By color palette: classic red and green, white and gold, pastel and pink, bold brights, and dark and spooky.
Is there a store?
No. We sell online only; our Hong Kong address is for registration and our New Jersey address receives returns only.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days and transit takes 8–12 business days, so plan on 11–17 business days in total. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, on a weekend or on a holiday start processing the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $7.95 per order. Orders of $60 or more, counted after discounts, ship free.
Where do you deliver?
The contiguous United States (lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Boxes are fine; they go by USPS.
Where does my order ship from?
From our supplier’s warehouse outside the United States. Import duties are already in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@belvoro.site with your order number.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first and we send a free prepaid return label. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, never set up outdoors, and in the original box with all parts. There is no restocking fee, but the original $7.95 shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
When do I get my refund?
We issue it within 5–7 business days after the returns warehouse receives the item. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show it.
